Main Greetings

To record Main greeting:
1.From the master office phone, press the center Jog wheel plus 2 and enter your password, if any.

2.When in mailbox dial 72 to access system admin.

3. Press [Instr] softkey, when prompted for box number enter 001.

4.Press [Rec] softkey and record Day main greeting.

5.Press [Done] to end recording.

6.When finished hang up.


To record Night greeting:
1.From the master office phone, press the center Jog Wheel plus 2 and enter your password, if any.

2.Then dial 72 to access System Admin

3.Press [Instr] softkey, when prompted for box number enter 002.

4.Press [Rec] softkey and record Night main greeting.

5.Press [Done] to end recording.

6.When finished hang up.


To record Holiday greeting: (if available)
1.From the master office phone, press the center Jog Wheel plus 2 and enter your password, if any.

2.Then dial 72 to access System Admin

3.Press [Instr] softkey, when prompted for box number enter 003.

4.Press [Rec] softkey and record Weekend main greeting.

5.Press [Done] to end recording.

6.When finished hang up.


To activate or turn off Holiday greeting: (if available)
1.From the master office phone press the center Jog Wheel plus 2 and enter your password, if any.

2.Then dial 72 to access System Admin.

3.Press 6 and 1 to access answer schedule override options.

4.Press [On] or [Off] softkeys to turn Holiday message on or off

5.When finished hang up.
