Rauland Telecenter ICS Time setting

Telecenter ICS:
1. Access the ICS system and receive Telecenter dial tone
2. Dial #94* The system will prompt you to enter the time
3. Enter the time as four digits (e.g. 7:30 would be entered as "0730")
4. Dial "*" The system will prompt you to enter AM or PM
5. Dial "2" for AM or "7" for PM
6. Dial "*" The system will confirm the time you have entered
7. Hang up
