NEC Neax 2000 Time Setting information

Changing Display Time
NEC 2000 with Security Code

1. Press the TRF button
2. Press the CNF button
3. Press the * key on the keypad
4. Press the TRF button
5. Press the CNF button
6. Press the # key on the keypad (the CNF, SPKR, FNC lamps will be on & "CAT MODE" will be displayed on the LCD)
7. Press the LNR/SPD button. ("COMMAND=" will be displayed on the LCD)
8 . Press 02 from the keypad
9 . Press the RECALL button
10. Press 2 from the keypad
11. Press the RECALL button
12.. Enter the time: HH:MM:SS
13 . If a mistake is made press HOLD to erase the last entry
14 . Once finished press the CNF button to make your changes final.
15 . Press LNR/SPD to return to step 14 if you want to enter another number. Pick up the receiver and replace to exit program mode if you are done.

Note: If a mistake is made press HOLD to erase the last entry, or press ANS to go back one screen if you have already pressed the RECALL to write the incorrect entry.
